As you can see, I didn't eat much today. I don't know why, but I really am getting used to eating less and less. Which I guess isn't a bad thing, but it is when you're not eating the right foods. I am basically eating junk. It's not completely unhealthy, but I could be eating better snacks. I need to go to the grocery store and buy some fruit and lower calories snacks. I need to make sure that if I am going to eat multiple snacks throughout the day, that I am choosing healthy ones that give me the nutrition that I need.

FUN FACT
Ordering a salad at a fast food restaurant should be healthier, right? WRONG! At taco bell, a chicken ranch taco salad has 910 calories! It is in the top three items on the menu with the highest calories. Nice try!
